Nick Reid

Nick Reid is the Director of Corporate Governance at Walkers Professional Services.
He is based in the Cayman Islands and has responsibility for the provision of regulatory reporting services for the AEOI (FATCA, CRS and CbC), ES, BO and FAR frameworks/regimes.

Experience and recent work
Nick qualified as a lawyer over 25 years ago in Scotland and has worked in the offshore financial services industry since 2005 (when he was admitted to the Cayman Islands Bar). As well as Scotland and the Cayman Islands, Nick has worked out of Dubai and Switzerland (for major onshore and offshore law firms in the areas of corporate law, regulatory law and investment funds).
Immediately prior to joining WPS, Nick worked as a Senior International Cooperation Officer in the Department for International Tax Cooperation (the department of the Ministry of Financial Services & Commerce of the Cayman Islands Government that administers the FATCA, CRS, CbC and ES frameworks for the jurisdiction).
