Suman Kaur is an associate in the Investment Funds group in our Cayman office.
She advises on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, with expertise in venture capital transactions. She regularly acts for leading investment managers, private equity houses and start-up managers.
Suman is a member of our fintech group, where she advises clients on the establishment and structuring of foundation companies as well as cryptoasset, decentralised finance and blockchain funds.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Suman was an associate in the Corporate Innovation and Venture Capital team at Mishcon de Reya LLP. She specialised in advising investment funds and startups on venture capital investments, secondaries, international expansions and restructures.
