Charlie Griffiths joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2021.
He is an associate in the Regulatory & Risk Advisory Group, which acts for major financial institutions on a range of regulatory matters, including FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard, economic substance, beneficial ownership, insurance, virtual assets, data protection and anti-money laundering and sanctions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Charlie worked in the Financial Regulation Group at Linklaters in London. He also spent time on secondment to Linklaters New York and to Linklaters Frankfurt.
