Linda Galligan is an Assistant Vice President with Walkers Professional Services in Ireland.
She is a Chartered Company Secretary with significant experience in the provision of corporate secretarial services to a wide range of companies, including Irish and foreign domiciled companies. Most notably, she has experience in-house providing board/corporate governance support for an asset management company with specific focus on real estate investments.
Experience and recent work
Previously, Linda worked for a global leader in alternative asset management as a Senior Associate in the Legal and Regulatory team. Prior to this, she worked in an international audit, tax and advisory firm as a Manager in the Corporate Secretarial Services team.
