Anthony Finegan is Senior Vice President in Walkers Professional Services, Ireland where he leads the company secretarial team in the provision of services to a wide range of Irish regulated and unregulated entities.
Anthony has extensive experience in the provision of company secretarial services to both Irish and foreign domiciled companies. He has specific expertise in the financial services industry with primary focus on corporate governance and board and shareholder meeting administration for regulated investment funds (UCITS and AIFs) and asset management companies.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Anthony held a senior role in the Irish office of a leading international fiduciary services provider, where he managed a team providing company secretarial services to the regulated funds industry. He previously worked in the company secretarial team at a leading Irish financial services law firm.
