Dianne is a Senior Vice President at Walkers Fiduciary Limited.
She has a regulatory and corporate governance background and specialises in structured products. Dianne provides director services to a wide range of transactions including structured note issues, CLOs, note programmes, securitisations, aircraft, ship and other asset financing structures.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Fiduciary Limited, Dianne worked with another leading fiduciary services provider in the Cayman Islands for over 10 years and, before that, was a senior analyst in the Banking division of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority where she supervised a team responsible for the offsite and onsite monitoring and regulation of a portfolio of banks. Dianne began her career with the Cayman Islands Government in its Finance Department and served as Secretary to the Cayman Islands Shipping Sector Consultative Committee.

- The University of Tampa, BSC degree (cum laude)
- Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Diploma in Offshore Finance
- Canadian Institute of Chartered Secretaries, accredited Director designation
