Szymon advises on Jersey, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda law for general banking and finance, as well as corporate matters.
Szymon specialises in capital markets, structured finance, asset finance and Islamic finance. He also advises clients on the full range of debt and asset-backed securities, secured and unsecured financings, subordinated and syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, and project and cross-border real estate finance.
Szymon also works on general corporate matters, including incorporations, corporate restructurings and joint venture arrangements.

Experience and recent work
Before joining us in 2021, Szymon was in the finance and corporate department of Mourant Ozannes, in their Jersey office. He helped clients with a range of finance and corporate matters – in particular, leveraged and real-estate finance, corporate migrations, debt listings and various private equity transactions.
