Nicola Byrne is a Senior Vice President at Walkers Professional Services in Ireland on the accounting team.
She is responsible for providing accounting and tax compliance services to a wide range of capital markets and aircraft finance special purpose vehicles, with a particular focus on implementing IFRS requirements and ensuring best practice across the team. Nicola also serves as a director on the board of Irish SPVs.

Prior to joining WPS, Nicola was an Audit Director in the financial services team in KPMG where she worked for a period of 13 years. During this time, she led a large team of accounting professionals. She has significant experience in the Investment Management industry, with a particular focus on financial reporting requirements. Nicola is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
