Through our WPS Development Programme (WDP), we provide trainees with a well-rounded understanding of WPS, in turn developing technically strong and highly competent administrators.
The WPS Development Programme is designed to ensure that trainees have a holistic understanding of Walkers Professional Services and acquire an extensive professional services skillset which can be applied in real-time.
What you'll do
Trainees will spend 3-6 months in each of our services lines in order to gain admin level experience and a thorough understanding of each area.

- Flexible and dependable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills at all staff levels
- Basic competency level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A minimum of IGCSE or CXC passes in maths and English at Level 2 Honours
- Two years prior administrative experience, within a professional environment preferred
