Walkers (Dubai) as BVI counsel, has assisted lead counsel, Clifford Chance LLP, in advising Ascentium, a leading global business services platform headquartered in Singapore, on its acquisition of Virtuzone, the UAE’s leading and award-winning provider of company formation solutions, corporate services, and tax consultancy.
The acquisition ushers Ascentium into the Middle East, an emerging market whose GDP is expected to grow at 3.8% in 2025 and serves as a strategic move as Ascentium seeks to expand its global footprint.
