Walkers advise Global Gate Capital on fund launch targeting US industrial acquisitions

Working with the Walkers' experienced legal team and Walkers Corporate Limited for registered office services, the deal completed within two weeks of fund incorporation and confirmation of CIMA registration was received within 3 minutes of submission.
