A team led by Cayman Islands Finance & Corporate partner Justin Hart and Guernsey Investment Funds & Corporate partners Kate Storey and Craig Cordle advised on the Cayman and Guernsey law elements of the matter, working alongside lead counsel Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
The deal sees TD expand its US investment banking business and capabilities in a move that accelerates its strategic growth plans in the US market. TD now has 6,500 professionals in 40 cities across the globe.
