Haley is based in Walkers' Hong Kong office where she is a senior paralegal in the Finance and Corporate Group.
Haley provides support and assistance to the Finance and Corporate Group in a wide range of cross-border multi-jurisdictional transactions in relation to corporate finance and asset finance. She also assists the the group on all general finance and corporate matters.
Haley is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Experience and recent work
Haley has a broad range of experience in corporate finance and securities transactions in connection with the listed companies. Prior to joining Walkers, Haley worked as a Legal Manager for another law firm in Hong Kong.
