Joe is an experienced practitioner, advising financial institutions, investment firms and corporate clients on a wide range of complex, cross-border transactions.
Joe advises across a broad portfolio of finance, corporate and funds matters, with particular experience supporting fund financing and general banking transactions (acting for both lenders and borrowers).
Experience and recent work
Prior to re-joining Walkers in Bermuda, Joe’s previous experience included roles in Saudi Arabia, the Cayman Islands (also with Walkers), Singapore and London.
