Diana Pacheco is based in Walkers' Ireland office where she is an associate in Walkers' Global Asset Finance Group.
Diana's principal practice areas are finance and aviation/ transport finance.
She has almost 15 years' experience in in-house and private practice roles, and has been working in Ireland since 2013.
Diana advises banks, financial institutions, international aircraft operating lessors, aircraft owners, financial arrangers and private equity groups across a range of domestic and cross-border asset finance transactions. In particular, involving the acquisition, leasing, financing and securitisation of aircrafts and other equipment
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in August 2022, Diana worked in the Banking Department of another leading Irish law firm for just over five years.
Diana advised domestic banks and international investment funds, third party loan servicers and asset managers, primarily on the sale & acquisition of portfolios of non-performing loan books.
Diana also worked in a large volume of enhanced due diligence exercises across a number of practice areas such as commercial property, corporate transactions, asset & aviation finance.
She also has significant in-house legal experience in regulatory, costs reviews and personal injury matters.
