Bryan O'Donnell is a senior counsel based in Walkers' Dubai office.
He advises on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law in relation to investment funds and general corporate transactions.
Bryan acts for leading sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, asset managers and private equity firms in the region on the structuring and formation of offshore funds and handles investment funds matters for some of the Firm's most important clients, including GFH Financial Group and SHUAA Capital.
Bryan's practice covers both open and closed ended funds investing in a wide range of asset classes, including listed equities, private equity, cryptocurrency and real estate. Bryan also regularly advises on the Cayman Islands and BVI law aspects of a broad range of corporate transactions.

Experience and recent work
Bryan joined the Dubai office of Walkers in 2017. Prior to that, he worked for over three years in the asset management and investment funds department of a Top Five law firm in Ireland, where he also trained as a solicitor.
