Annaliese McGeoch is a senior associate in Walkers' Guernsey Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group and a Guernsey Advocate, with a broad range of experience across corporate, funds and regulatory matters under Guernsey law.
Annaliese advises on corporate M&A and restructuring matters, investment fund launches and capital raises for both open and closed ended structures, downstream private equity matters, and provides regulatory advice to structures and individuals including investor issues, structuring and regulatory compliance.
She has been in private practice in Guernsey since 2016, and prior to qualifying as a lawyer she worked in KPMG's Channel Islands audit team.
Annaliese co-founded the Guernsey Institute of Directors' Next Gen Forum and sits as vice-chair on its Next Gen Committee.
