Kirstie Krypner is a Senior Vice President at Walkers Professional Services.
Kirstie is responsible for overseeing a team of fiduciaries and administrators servicing clients across Asia and the Middle East.
Kirstie also acts as an independent director to entities domiciled in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the UAE. Her portfolio and areas of expertise include structured and asset finance transactions, as well as more bespoke financing structures, including Shariah compliant fund financing, sukuk issuance programmes, asset-backed securitizations (ABS), note programmes/issuances and aircraft/asset finance transactions.
Experience and recent work
Kirstie has extensive onshore financial services and banking experience, having previously worked at investment banks in London and New York. At these institutions, she originated and structured corporate finance and capital market solutions on behalf of clients, both on and off balance sheet. She ultimately specialised in developing asset-backed credit solutions, across a broad range of sectors and asset classes to meet clients' working capital needs and enhance balance-sheet liquidity.
Prior to relocating to the Walkers Dubai office, Kirstie worked in the Cayman Islands office in the same capacity, acting as an independent director but covering the Americas client base.
