As a member of our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team in the Cayman Islands, Peter has over a decade of experience advising on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters.
He frequently works for institutional stakeholders, creditors and insolvency practitioners on contentious and insolvency matters, focusing on cross-border insolvency mandates.
Peter regularly appears in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, and represents clients before both the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal and the Privy Council. He is highly regarded in his field and was recognised in the 2021 Who’s Who Legal Guide of Restructuring & Insolvency Professionals in the Cayman Islands. He joined us in 2013.

Experience and recent work
Previously Peter spent six years at DLA Piper in the UK where he worked in the firm’s Finance and Restructuring departments. Here he specialised in restructuring and turnaround work, and acted for several clients on contentious insolvency matters.
