Cathryn is an associate in Walkers' Cayman Islands Finance and Corporate team, with experience advising on a broad range of Banking & Financing work, covering real estate finance, fund finance, leveraged acquisitions and general corporate lending.
She has been practising offshore since 2019 with a particular focus on non-contentious restructuring matters, having advised on a number of high-profile debt-for-equity restructurings.
Cathryn also has in-house experience, having been seconded to Liberty Specialty Markets where she advised on structured risk solutions.
