Sinéad Gormley is a Senior Knowledge Management Lawyer based in Walkers’ Ireland office in the Finance and Capital Markets Group where she manages the legal resources for the group, develops precedents and provides training and updates on legal and regulatory developments.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Sinéad held a senior in-house position with a domestic bank, advising on a broad range of capital markets and structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on significant risk transfers, securitisations and covered bonds.
