Éire Dempsey is an associate in the Tax Group and is based in the Ireland office.
She specialises in financial services taxation and advises on the Irish tax aspects of all manner of finance, insurance and structured products, securitisation and collateralised loan obligation (CLO) transactions. Éire also has experience advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to her current role, Éire trained with the Ireland office a global law firm where she gained experience advising on the tax aspects of various corporate and employment matters.
