Dawn Cummings joined Walkers Professional Services in 2022, and is the Director of the Corporate Services team.
Dawn has responsibility for the provision of our registered office and corporate services, and board support. She also works closely with WPS' senior management team to support the various services that WPS offers, including AML and corporate governance services.
Experience and recent work
Dawn started her career with a 'Big 4' accounting firm where she worked for over four years. She has over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands, including fund administration and fiduciary services. Immediately prior to joining Walkers, Dawn served as Chief Financial Officer of the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority for just over three years.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor of Science, Accounting, Boston College
- Certified Public Accountant – exam passed November 1988, State of Illinois
