Amman Bulchandani is an associate in Walkers' Investment Funds & Corporate practice group in Jersey, focused on financial services regulation matters.
Amman has experience of onshore practice as a financial services regulation specialist, advising a variety of clients on matters relating to AML/CFT obligations, fintech and payments, consumer credit regulation, prudential regulation, climate related financial disclosures, and general corporate compliance and governance.
He also advises businesses in Jersey and onshore about their obligations under Jersey's regulatory regime and assists clients with regulatory investigations.

Amman trained and qualified with Buddle Findlay in New Zealand, working as a regulatory specialist in their financial services team. Amman also has experience working as a transactional banking lawyer, advising lenders and borrowers on syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and property finance transactions.
He practised in New Zealand for five years before moving offshore to join Walkers.
