Richard advises sponsors and lenders on complex high value finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and fund finance (including both NAV and subscription financing arrangements).
Richard's expertise also includes advising on cross border secured syndicated facilities and corporate restructurings. Richard has worked with funds, financial institutions, sponsors, corporate (including listed companies) and individual high net worth borrowers and trustees across a wide range of jurisdictions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Richard was part of the Banking team at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP in London where he advised on a wide variety of leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate finance and private wealth matters.
