Walkers advises Tabby on US$160 million Series E Fundraising

Walkers, as Cayman Islands counsel, assisted lead counsel Latham & Watkins, in advising Tabby, the MENA region’s leading financial services and shopping app, on its US$160 million series E funding round, pushing its valuation to US$3.3 billion. 

The round was led by existing investors Blue Pool Capital and Hassana Investment Company, with participation from Wellington Management and STV. 

We also advised Tabby on its Series D financing in October 2023. Since then, the company has almost doubled its annualized transaction volumes to over US$10 billion while growing profitability.
