Walkers' Guernsey team advise Nesma & Partners on acquisition of Kent

A Walkers team led by partner Craig Cordle advised Nesma & Partners on the Guernsey law aspects of the transaction working with lead counsel AS&H Clifford Chance.

Kent is a leading global engineering and project management firm in the energy sector backed by global energy investment firm Bluewater since 2015. Now a $1.4 billion-dollar revenue business, it competes for recognised value-based service contracts covering complex and technical solutions for the conventional energy, renewables, low carbon, chemicals and processing sectors.

Kent has a roster of blue-chip clients, including international energy companies, national oil companies, renewable energy companies, as well as global petrochemical companies.

The Walkers team also included senior counsel Jessica Robinson.
